The site is new but here are a few questions I've gotten so far:
Q: Why "Angel?"
A: Well I just kind of doodled the title one day and got really inspired by it. I don't really know why but seeing as the title was the first thing I did with the comic I just never had the heart to change it.
Q: Is "Angel" some kind of fantasy magic comic?
A: Yes and no. "Angel" will occur within a completely separate grouping of universes from our own the physical laws that define these universes are all identical but slightly different from ours so that interaction between our world and theirs is impossible. This is all predicated on m-theory, a version of string theory, and will be explained later on in the comic. So to answer the question some of what goes on in the Angelverse will be "magical" but the vast majority will be kept well within the bounds of modern science.
Q:When do you update?
A:Not entirely sure yet. For now I'll update twice a week probably on Wednesdays and Sundays but depending that could go up or down.
Q: What do the choirs mean on your cast page?
A: Well I'm using the traditional nine choirs of angels here. It'll be important later, has to do with the whole "Why are we here?" ultimate question, which for once won't be 42. Basically regular angels, the closest to human of the choirs, are being labled the 9th. Lower numbers are closer to God in "self knowledge" it all has to do with some of the more obscure Catholic dogma I learned way back when.
